Start Your Year Off Right

There is no better way to start off your New Year than with a purchase of the two January offerings from Playboy.

The annually published favorite, Playboy's College Girls features the beautiful Taryn Terrell in their January 2007 issue. It also gives an overview of the Big 12 Conference but instead of talking directly about the football teams, featured instead are the lovely female students of the Big 12. Playboy spent a few weeks traveling around and photographing the gorgeous girls of the Big 12 along with nine other spectacular Special Editions campus coeds.

Playboy's other offering is their monthly issue for January 2007 featuring Pamela Anderson. It's appearance number twelve on the cover of Playboy - more than any other Playmate to date.

If you're a collector of all things Pamela Anderson, this is a "must have" for your Playboy collection. Pamela has been a mover and shaker not only as a tireless promoter of social causes such as People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals and Hepatitus C awareness, she is also known as a fabulous mother and philanthropist that donates time and money towards positive social causes. She discusses all of that and her short-lived nuptials to Kid Rock in this issue of Playboy Magazine.

Add the Girls of the Big 12 and the divine Pamela Anderson to your January purchases of Playboy. These are keepers!

Girls of Hooters in Playboy

Hooters has been as popular as it has been controversial since it's inception in 1983. Although men are hired to work as cooks, bartenders and managers, the wait staff consists only of women wearing the official Hooters uniform and that is a tight white t-shirt along with some barely there shorts. There are over 400 Hooters locations located around the world and their newest facility will be opening on January 18, 2007 in the very socially conservative country of South Korea.

Some well known Playboy Playmates started their careers as Hooters Girls. If you've collected issues of Playboy with Playmates Lynne Austin, Kimberly Spicer, & Miriam Gonzalez; you have a good Hooter's girls collection started. Playboy even dedicated one issue to the Girls of Hooters. The April 1994 issue has numerous pictorials featuring the babes from Hooters from all over the country.
